Olivia started her career at Mobil Oil Corporation (later Exxon-Mobil) as oil trader in 1995. She joined a newly formed and unique worldwide marine fuel trading platform in London where she was in charge of developing African and South American markets.

In 1999, she was hired by Global Advisors, a start-up commodities hedge fund, as COO and partner and for the following eight years helped create and maintain strong operations and attractive returns both in London and New York.

In 2008, she joined Massena Capital Partners, the Private Equity arm of the Massena Group, dedicated to High Net Worth Wealth Management and fund of family offices based in Paris and Geneva. Olivia, as CFO of the Private Equity business, was in charge of all legal, fiscal, financial and regulatory aspects of the business.

Olivia is also a private investor with a passion for early stage investing and entrepreneurial challenges.

Olivia has been involved extra-professionally with the association 100 Women In Hedge Funds acting as Board Member of the London chapter and champion for the Paris group since 2008. The association’s efforts concentrate in the areas of education and mentorship for its members (10,000 worldwide) as well as philanthropy.

Olivia is a graduate of EM Lyon.
